Rob is the founding partner, having started the company from his dining room table back in 1997. Rob has a passion for people driven businesses and specialises in working with companies in the recruitment and executive search sector around the country. Rob also works closely with a portfolio of local not for profit organisations.
Rob qualified with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1993 and is a Xero certified advisor.
In summer months Rob can be found on the Norfolk broads on his sailing boat or passing on his wisdom to the youngsters at the local sailing club.
