Virtual Finance Director

Many companies have a Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer who will sit on their board of directors. Their job is to keep a close eye on business finances and budgets, provide reports to the board and come up with financial strategies for the business for the future.

Many smaller companies don’t have the need or indeed the budget for somebody to take this role full time. We are able to fulfill the role of a finance director but on a scale more appropriate to the size of the business. This may include weekly calls with the management team, attending monthly board meetings as well as ad hoc advice.
